We work with draftsmen, architects and engineers to prepare required surveys, drawings, and plans tailored to local submission requirements. We have personally worked with and know the people responsible for getting permits routed, reviewed, and approved.

It has become increasingly more difficult to obtain building permits in a timely manner. Brookhaven Town Building Department is understaffed and often other Long Island jurisdictions have procedures and submission requirements that are cumbersome and difficult to understand.
We understand the building codes, local ordinances, and specific permit procedures. We also work with businesses that are establishing a new location and provide location analysis and due diligence research to determine if the property can be used for its intended use.
